Undisturbed desert is Stone House’s unifying theme. The intent is to create an attractive community of custom residences oriented around expansive open space and natural terrain, including numerous passive and active recreational areas, trails and washes, which serve recreational purposes.
An architectural review process encourages creativity in design and innovative use of materials and construction methods so that the final result is consistent with Stone House’s overall intent and vision.
To allow maximum flexibility and views for each homesite, Stone House has an approved building envelope where each home can be built. We encourage designs that do not overwhelm the building envelope and that provide appropriate buffering and views.
For detailed design guidelines, please refer to the Stone House Architectural Design Guidelines document provided by the sales office or broker.
